ORDERING & SHIPPING

All items in the Collection are custom painted by order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Delivery is (6) to (8) weeks. Shipping charges and tax will vary depending on destination and carrier and will be added to the base cost of the order. The customer will have 48 hours from placement of a custom order to cancel. PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required when ordering. The final payment is due two weeks before shipment of the order.

 

TRADE / CONTRACT POLICY

The trade is invited to consider our decorative lampshades, rugs and architectural trompe l’oeil when planning their client interiors. It is an opportunity to offer custom product lines of distinction when looking for one-of-a-kind decoration and accessories.

Because of the labor intensive nature of creating hand painted works, it is not possible to offer a discount on single items. The list pricing is the same for all purchasers. However, we will work closely with designers to adapt existing designs to their specification and we especially welcome the opportunity to create new custom works.

 

ORDERING

Custom orders are custom made upon order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the event of shipping damage. The customer will have 48 hours from the placement of a custom order to cancel.
